Water Quality Testing
Because no federal, state, or local entity ensures the safety of private well water, the responsibility for monitoring it falls to the well owner. The District recommends annual sampling of the well with a local lab to monitor the quality of your water. Baseline water quality results are important to have on record in the event a water quality event occurs.
